About the role
As an AWS Cloud Engineer Intern, you will work closely with senior engineers to help manage and maintain cloud infrastructures. You'll gain hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based operations.
Responsibilities
Support AWS cloud operations, including EC2, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Assist in creating role-based access policies for cloud computing systems.
Respond to daily requests for cloud services addition and modifications.
Develop basic scripts for AWS CLI, Python/Perl, and network management.
Handle client and internal conversations to document issues, solutions, and RCA.
Execute Linux commands and scripts independently.
Desired Skills & Experience
AWS Cloud: Basic experience in managing EC2, CloudWatch, S3 Buckets, VPCs, IAM.
Linux: Knowledge of Linux administration is a plus.
Scripting: Basic knowledge of Python/Perl scripting and AWS CLI.
Cloud Environments: Familiarity with private, public, and hybrid cloud-based environments.
Technical Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide solutions.
