About the job:

1. Leading a team of ML Engineers to analyze Large Language Model (LLM) training and inference performance
2. Deploying highly scalable LLMs to evaluate model performance and accuracy
3. Experimenting with multi-model systems involving text, images, and video/audio
4. Collaborating with the Machine Learning Team to design benchmarks for LLMs
5. Participating in research and technology innovation to develop more efficient and automated ways to handle ML/Deep Learning (DL) workloads
6. Engaging in new product/feature definitions
7. 3+ years of experience in data science or ML Engineering roles
8. Passion for ML, data science, and ability to work flexibly within a team
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
10. Proficiency in Python and Python data-science frameworks
11. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
12. Experience with transformer-based language models
13. Ability to mentor and develop team members
14. Quick learner with an ability to grasp new technologies, frameworks, and algorithms
15. Preference to MS/PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
16. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
