We nurture relationships and coordinate the work of professional service organizations serving the needs of the FO including specialists in law, accounting, tax, estate planning, investments, art, aircraft, philanthropic matters, insurance, and education.

As part of a small, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team, you will assist in all aspects of the investment process, ranging from new investments to asset management to affiliated fundraising efforts. This role offers significant responsibility and visibility, with the opportunity to grow toward greater ownership and responsibility over time.

•    Source, screen, and advance investment opportunities through proactive relationship building and disciplined evaluation aligned with return and risk objectives
•    Lead underwriting and prepare detailed investment memoranda incorporating qualitative analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and reference checks
•    Drive deal execution including diligence coordination, structuring, negotiation of business terms, and closing in partnership with external counsel
•    Own post‑close asset management for direct, fund, and syndicated investments, including performance monitoring, KPI tracking, risk identification, and value-creation initiatives
•    Proactively manage downside risk, scenario analysis, and escalation of material issues to the Head of Investments
•    Manage relationships with GPs, sponsors, senior executive teams at portfolio companies and funds, lenders, wealth advisors and other relationships; serve as liaison to affiliated syndicates
•    Support fundraising and syndication efforts through creation of marketing materials, investor discussions, and ongoing investor relations as needed
•    Oversee and continuously improve portfolio reporting, valuation support, and performance analytics across in‑house and third‑party managed investments for all stakeholders and investors
•    Lead creation and maintenance of pipeline management tools (CRM) to track sourcing activity, diligence progress, and capital deployment
•    Work cross‑functionally with accounting, finance, operating, and administrative teams on cash management, budgeting, and multi‑year projections
•    Engage in civic and philanthropic efforts locally to enhance the brand of the Family and build a robust local investing ecosystem

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree required: quantitative field, undergraduate business degree, or economics preferred
•    4-6 years of job experience preferred
•    Prior experience in family office, investment banking, private funds, or investment management required
•    Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and investment presentation skills
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with financial systems and reporting tools
