Lead - Industrial Designer

Key responsibilities: Manage a team of designers, engineers and researchers and be responsible for leading thought and execution for team projects. Work with new and emerging technologies to create interesting solutions that are both feasible and viable Lead a team to work with business, technology and design working towards the development of a remarkable product/service/experience. Job requirements: Excellent Design skills both in thought and execution Experience of 8+ years, in a reputed firm managing design and engineering deliveries for new product development. Good on-ground experience and understanding of manufacturing methods. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Driven towards creating excellence with demonstrable leadership.
