About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Manage job postings and ensure they reach the right audience. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate interview processes, including behavioural and competency-based interviews. Provide candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring teams. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment programs. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. Promote the company's culture, values, and mission to potential candidates. Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements. Assist in developing diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives. Track and report key hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
