We at Fusion Practices are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have
strong technical and functional knowledge of
Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud components, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, and Application Security.
- Develop and troubleshoot BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, and Personalization.
- Customize and configure Page Composer, Page Configurator, and BPM workflows to enhance user experience.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
- Configure and manage custom roles, security policies, and user access control within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, and Payroll Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Cloud and exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, and Security Configurations.
- Proven experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in Fusion functional workflows and module configurations.
- Excellent understanding of HCM module configurations, security roles, and data migration.
