Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Redwood Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud with a deep understanding of the
Redwood UX framework and its implementation. This role requires hands-on experience in
HCM modules, configuration, customizations, and providing strategic solutions to enhance user experience using Redwood design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the Redwood UX framework.
- Design and develop custom extensions leveraging Redwood components, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), and other Oracle tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance HR processes with Redwood UI best practices.
- Optimize the employee and manager self-service experience using Redwood themes and design principles.
- Configure and troubleshoot HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Provide user training and documentation for HR teams on new Redwood functionalities.
- Work on data migration, security roles, and integrations with third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in Redwood UX, VBCS, and Oracle PaaS for custom extensions.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and following Oracle Cloud best practices.
