IT Support Executive

Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, and user queries. Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and manage software/hardware tickets. Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and user access. Manage devices and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) Most preferred. Support user onboarding/offboarding with account provisioning and asset setup, & maintaining asset inventory, and document IT incidents.
