Role : Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant
Exp : 5 to 12Yrs
Location: Pan India (LTM Offices)
- Fusion HCM Techno Functional with Compensation
- 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Talent application
- Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in Compensation
- Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts
- Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality
- Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regular maintenance and updates
- Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides
