About the role

As (Junior) Insights Analyst (mensch) you will primarily handle the requests of our clients for Social Media Reporting and Social Listening Analyses as part of our Data and Analytics team. You will master the balancing act between analytical and creative thinking to provide the teams in your and other teams with data-based insights on customer opinions, markets, target groups, brands and their social media environments.Data procurement / tool operation: You are precise, fast, reliable and motivated when it comes to manually capturing large (social media) data volumes, but also curious and enthusiastic about continuously optimizing processes in this regard, as well as thinking your way into tools and automated data collection processes and methods in order to find even better solutions. Data structuring, efficient data collection, query writing, categorization and data presentation will be your daily companions.Study implementation: From the (sometimes still rather vague) question to the finished analysis report with good insights and recommendations for action, it is often a long but exciting journey. And that can soon be yours too, together with our team. You have a very good feel for language and communication? Nice, you need that here in at least three ways: Firstly, to be able to filter out of the statements and briefings of our clients how you can best help them. Secondly, when it comes to understanding the essence of consumer posts and comments on social media, after all, content analysis is our daily business. And thirdly, to then get your findings across to the target group - in reports, in meetings and in presentations.Data analysis: Creating meaningful analysis logics for the given questions and knowledge interests, planning and developing dimensioning & categorizations for content analyses, counting, filtering, presenting, comparing, interpreting data, deriving creative ideas and recommendations from it. That's your playground. You can prove your affinity for numbers and data here again and again. A consistently structured approach and confident handling of even large and complex data volumes, statistics and figures are self-evident for you. You will use special social media analysis tools as well as a lot of Excel and the good old PowerPoint.
