Role Description
The Furniture Specialist will provide top-tier customer service and expert advice, assisting customers in selecting quality furniture that meets their needs and preferences. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the product range, managing store inventory, creating visually appealing displays, and staying updated on the latest interior design and furniture trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring collaboration with sales teams and providing insights for improving customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a solid understanding of customer needs
- Knowledge of Furniture Design, Interior Design, and Home Décor Solutions
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Experience in Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising
- Ability to stay updated on the latest Furniture Trends and Market Insights
- Strong Team Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
- Prior experience in retail or furniture sales is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
