Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Furniture Showroom Coordinator based in the Kalaghoda, Fort, Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, the Coordinator will manage daily showroom operations, assist customers, and ensure an excellent in-store customer experience. Key tasks include greeting and assisting clients, coordinating sales processes, maintaining the showroom’s appearance, managing ordering process, and supporting design team. The role involves effective communication and collaborating with sales and operational teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Experience and knowledge in managing Showrooms and coordinating showroom operations efficiently.
- Sales skills with the ability to work with clients and project design team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure customer service is efficient.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a demanding environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer usage and process management is an asset.
- Prior experience in furniture, retail, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
