About the Role:
Aldo Modula's is seeking a Furniture Production Manager to lead and manage shop-floor operations for modular furniture manufacturing. The role requires hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, and team supervision to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end production (cutting, edge-banding, assembly, finishing)
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
• Ensure quality standards and minimize material wastage
• Supervise factory staff and maintain productivity
• Monitor machinery and ensure proper maintenance
• Prepare daily production reports and improve processes
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, or related field
• 0–5 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
