Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Furniture Production Head. The role involves overseeing production planning and management to ensure the efficient creation of high-quality modular furniture. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading production teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, optimizing workflows, and maintaining quality standards. The Furniture Production Head will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused, on-time projects that embody the elegance and functionality that Aestheticaa Interior is known for.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and optimizing production workflows
• Strong Team Management and leadership skills
• Experience with Budgeting and cost control in manufacturing projects
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in modular furniture production and turnkey interior projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
