Hiring: Furniture Designer – Modular / Interiors
Location: Kolkata (Rajarhat)
We are hiring for one of our associated brands to strengthen their furniture design and development
capabilities.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands not just aesthetics, but how furniture actually gets built, detailed, and executed on-site.
Key areas of experience:
• Modular furniture design – wardrobes, kitchens, storage systems, custom furniture
• Space planning and interior layout understanding
• Strong knowledge of materials – boards, laminates, finishes, hardware, joinery
• Detailed working drawings, BOQs, and production-ready documentation
• Coordination with sales, factory, and installation teams
You will be responsible for translating client requirements into practical, manufacturable designs while ensuring alignment between design intent, cost, and execution.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 3–6 years of relevant experience in furniture / modular / interiors
• Understands furniture detailing, ergonomics, and construction logic
• Can balance creativity with execution feasibility
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
