Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Furniture Designer role based in Navi Mumbai. As a Furniture Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and collaboratively develop custom furniture solutions that align with project requirements. Your responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, selecting materials, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring designs meet quality and functionality standards. You will contribute to transforming spaces with innovative furniture designs that reflect the brand ethos and client preferences.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Furniture Design, including conceptualization, detailing, and prototyping
- Understanding and experience with Carpentry and Furniture manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Interior Design principles and their application in workspace environments
- Proficiency in Product Design tools and techniques
- Strong creativity and an eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet stringent project deadlines
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or related field
- Experience in large-scale or custom furniture projects is an advantage
