Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative, functional, and manufacturable furniture designs aligned with brand aesthetics.
Prepare detailed technical and fabrication drawings (2D & 3D) with full joinery and structural details.
Work closely with production and prototyping teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware based on functionality and design intent.
Create renders, design presentations, and production sheets as required.
Maintain documentation and drawing standards for each product.
Research trends, ergonomics, and new materials to enhance design innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or Industrial Design.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks (plus rendering tools like KeyShot or V-Ray).
Strong understanding of furniture construction, joinery, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to create precise technical and detailed drawings for production.
Good visualization and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and practical problem-solving ability.
