Research Assistant for Research on Organizational Behavior

I am Dr. Bella Ren, an Assistant Professor in the Management and Organizations Department at the Fuqua School of Business, seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to ongoing research projects on interpersonal communication and negotiation. The Research Assistant will be involved in: Preparing and submitting IRB applications Designing studies and surveys using Qualtrics Collecting and cleaning data Verifying code and data analysis Assisting with lab meetings and general research coordination This position provides hands-on experience with the research process and opportunities to engage closely with faculty research in organizational behavior and social psychology.
