Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Funnel & Growth Expert (Performance + Automation).
In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing end-to-end marketing and sales funnels that convert attention into revenue. You will analyze customer journeys, design multi-step funnels (engagement → retargeting → conversion), implement automation systems, and continuously test growth strategies to improve performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including performance marketing, content, and automation to enhance conversion rates, improve lead quality, and develop scalable growth systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and optimize high-converting marketing funnels
• Analyze user behavior and identify drop-offs across the funnel
• Implement automation workflows (CRM, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Collaborate with performance and content teams for execution
• Track and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR, funnel efficiency)
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and insights presentation
- Experience in growth hacking and sales-driven funnel strategies
- Proficiency in project management and handling multiple initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset
- Background in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields is highly desirable
Bonus (Preferred)
• Experience in real estate or high-ticket funnels
• Understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem
• Experience with tools like Zapier, CRM systems, WhatsApp automation
