We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraisers to join our public outreach team. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To generate funds for WWF-India from individual donors through face-to-face public engagement.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing donors, guiding them effectively up the donor pyramid.
- Explain WWF-India’s core values to the public, educating and inspiring prospects about our active conservation projects.
- Present accurate facts to all prospective donors to consistently uphold and uplift the brand image of WWF-India.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions to master internal systems and successfully implement them on the field.
- Support Team Leaders and Managers in maintaining a positive, collaborative, and conflict-free team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with the public.
- Act as a strong team player, contributing proactively to collective daily outreach and acquisition targets.
- Undertake any other operational tasks reasonably requested by the organization.
