Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Officer. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for researching and identifying potential donors, developing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and coordinating fundraising campaigns. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, arranging corporate meetings, and maintaining donor database to track fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for donor engagement and fundraising
- Knowledge and experience as a corporate fundraiser
- Exceptional Organization Skills for managing multiple fundraising portfolios
- Proficient Writing skills for creating proposals, reports, and communication materials
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with fundraising trends and challenges in the non-profit sector is a plus
- Proven track records of raising CSR funds
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, sales & marketing, or related field
- Experience working with financial systems such as Tally (or similar platforms).
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including trackers and dashboards.
- Ability to work across finance and program teams, translating financial data into program insights.
