About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Fundraising Professional to lead capital raising initiatives for Converzion Media. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of investors, proven fundraising experience, and the ability to close investment deals for growth-stage startups.
This role is ideal for someone who understands startup ecosystems, investor expectations, and fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end fundraising process from strategy to closure
Identify and connect with Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors
Build and manage investor pipeline
Prepare fundraising materials:
Pitch Deck
Financial Projections
Investor Teaser
Data Room
Coordinate investor meetings and follow-ups
Negotiate term sheets and investment terms
Advise founders on valuation and fundraising strategy
Build long-term investor relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in startup fundraising / investment banking / venture capital
Strong network with investors in India / APAC markets
Successful track record of raising funds for startups or SMEs
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and close deals
Understanding of startup valuation and term sheet structures
