Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Fundraising Manager – CSR to lead our efforts in acquiring CSR funding and building long-term partnerships with corporates and institutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands CSR fundraising, corporate pitching, and partnership development, and is eager to grow in the social impact ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesCSR Partnerships & Fundraising- Identify and build a pipeline of CSR funding opportunities from corporates
- Reach out to CSR heads, foundations, and decision-makers
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Convert meetings into funded CSR projects and long-term partnerships
- Manage relationship lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
Partnership Management- Maintain strong relationships with existing CSR partners
- Ensure regular communication, updates, and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project alignment
Documentation & Reporting- Assist in proposal creation, budgets, and documentation
- Track leads, meetings, and partnership progress
- Support reporting and compliance requirements for CSR projects
Who You Are- Minimum 1 year experience in CSR fundraising / business development / partnerships
- Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Target-driven and comfortable with revenue/funding goals
- Proactive, organized, and relationship-focused
Compensation & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA
