Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fundraising Manager. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to attract and engage donors, securing funding from major donors, and strengthening philanthropic relationships. They will oversee charity-focused fundraising initiatives, manage annual giving campaigns, and collaborate with teams to meet the organization's financial goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Major Donors and expertise in developing and nurturing donor relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to articulate the organization’s mission and vision effectively.
- Knowledge of Philanthropy and Charities-related processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing Annual Giving campaigns and developing strategies for sustained donor support.
- Proven ability to set and achieve fundraising targets.
- Strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for non-profit work and making a positive impact in the community.
- Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Communication, Fundraising, or a related field is preferred.
