Role Description
As a full-time Fundraising Manager at Naghavi Financial Services, you will lead and implement strategic fundraising initiatives to drive revenue growth and support the organization's mission. Based on-site in Bengaluru, your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with major donors, developing philanthropy and charity programs, managing annual giving campaigns, and aligning fundraising efforts with organizational goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create impactful communication strategies and ensure transparency in all fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with Major Donors and key stakeholders
- Strong Communication skills, with a focus on engaging diverse audiences and crafting compelling narratives
- Understanding of Philanthropy and Charities, including the ability to align fundraising objectives with organizational missions
- Proven track record in managing Annual Giving campaigns and achieving fundraising goals
- Proficiency in project management and goal tracking to ensure successful implementation of fundraising strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications or a related field
- Experience working with financial technology or consulting organizations is a plus
- A results-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
