Job Title: Business Development Executive — Debt Markets

We're looking for a high-energy debt market hunter who can open doors, move fast, and convert conversations into capital. If you have 2–4 years of building funding pipelines and working with HNIs, NBFC’s, Banks, family offices, or corporate treasuries — this role is built for you.

What You Will Own
Lead Engine — Build and own a live funnel from HNIs, CAs, IFAs, insurance brokers, corporate treasuries, and family offices.
Conversion — Pitch, follow up relentlessly, and convert prospects into active debt funding relationships.
Pipeline Velocity — Drive deal speed through fast information turnaround, sharp follow-up discipline, and zero dropped balls.
Market Coverage — Map and penetrate new sourcing channels — DSAs, advisors, broker networks, and emerging debt intermediaries.

Responsibilities
1. Generate a qualified monthly lead pipeline from HNIs, CAs, insurance brokers, DSAs, and corporate channels through cold outreach, referrals, and network mining.
2. Run sharp, targeted pitches via calls, email, and in-person meetings — introduce the NBFC, build credibility, and create urgency around debt opportunities.
3. Coordinate and anchor qualified meetings between interested prospects and internal leadership — own the handoff and don't let momentum die.
4. Maintain a clean, real-time CRM — lead status, documents shared, follow-up actions, and next steps must always be current.
5. Proactively identify new market channels, untapped intermediary networks, and sourcing ideas to expand the company's debt fundraising reach.

Who You Are
• 2–4+ years in BD, debt sales, or financial product distribution
• Proven track record of sourcing and converting leads at volume
• Existing network of CAs, HNIs, brokers, or IFAs is a strong plus
• NBFC, lending, or debt product exposure preferred
• Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, and professional email communication

• Instinct to hunt new relationships, not just manage existing ones
• Sharp follow-up discipline — zero tolerance for stale leads
• Working knowledge of debt instruments, NCD structures, or NBFC lending
