Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Fundraising Executive to join our NGO division. This role begins with a structured 2-month training program, designed to equip candidates with practical knowledge in fundraising strategy, donor communication, compliance, and outreach operations. Upon successful completion of training and performance evaluation, the candidate will transition into a full-time role with a CTC of ₹3.5 LPA.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about social impact, communication, and relationship-building.
Key ResponsibilitiesDuring Training Period (2 Months):
- Undergo structured training in NGO fundraising models and donor engagement.
- Learn outreach strategies (online and offline fundraising).
- Assist in campaign planning and execution.
- Support donor database management and reporting.
- Participate in field activities and awareness campaigns (if required).
Post-Confirmation (Full-Time Role):
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and institutional donors.
- Conduct outreach via events, digital platforms, and corporate partnerships.
- Track fundraising targets and ensure achievement of assigned goals.
- Prepare impact reports and donor communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategy with organizational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Social Work, Management, Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Compensation Structure- Training Period (2 Months): [Mention stipend if applicable / Performance-based stipend]
