About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Direct Marketing team. The role focuses on CSR fundraising, corporate donor acquisition, and relationship management to drive meaningful partnerships and sustainable impact. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, communication, and fundraising capabilities with experience in corporate engagement and donor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising & Donor Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and acquire new SME and mid-sized corporate donors to achieve fundraising targets.
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
- Conduct cold-calling, networking, and outreach activities to build a strong donor pipeline.
- Create customized fundraising proposals, donor pitches, and corporate presentations.
- Drive donor retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities through proactive relationship management.
Donor Relationship Management & Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate donors and CSR stakeholders.
- Plan and implement employee giving programs, workplace fundraising campaigns, and cause-related marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate corporate volunteering activities, donor engagement events, and stakeholder visits.
- Prepare impact reports and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment with donor objectives.
Strategic Planning, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain donor databases, fundraising records, and campaign performance reports.
- Analyze fundraising trends and donor engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and ethical fundraising practices.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, B2B sales, or fundraising.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, donor engagement, or nonprofit partnerships.
- Proven experience in cold-calling, proposal writing, corporate negotiations, and relationship management.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building capabilities.
