Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Fundraising Coordinator at our Chennai location. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing fundraising campaigns to secure resources for our programs. Responsibilities include identifying potential donors, building relationships with stakeholders, managing donor communications, and coordinating fundraising events to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also maintain detailed records of donations and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Experience in Fundraising and a solid understanding of philanthropic practices.
- Event Planning capabilities to organize and execute fundraising events effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fundraising software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Nonprofit Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Passion for community development and a commitment to the mission of the Everyside Foundation.
