This is a performance-based fundraising opportunity, not a fixed-salary position.
As a Fundraising Associate, your earnings will be directly linked to the funds you help mobilize for the organization through attractive performance incentives. Your Role As a Fundraising Associate, you will:
👉 Identify and engage individual donors, philanthropists, corporate partners, CSR teams, and foundations.
👉 Build meaningful, long-term relationships with supporters and partners.
👉 Represent Make Tomorrow's mission at meetings, networking events, and community engagements.
👉 Prepare fundraising pitches, proposals, presentations, and donor communications.
👉 Maintain and update your fundraising pipeline while sharing progress with the team.
👉 Collaborate with the leadership team to develop fundraising strategies and campaigns.
🔎 We're Looking For Someone
➡️Who Is genuinely passionate about women's empowerment, education, youth development, and social change.
➡️Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➡️Is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Enjoys networking and relationship-building.
➡️Has connections within corporates, CSR teams, foundations, educational institutions, or philanthropic networks (preferred but not mandatory).
➡️Has prior experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, or CSR (preferred but not essential).
