About the Organization
Achchhe Padosi Samajik Seva Foundation (APSS Foundation), formerly known as the Global Foundation of Good Neighbors – India Chapter, is a child-centric and community development organization working across key thematic areas to improve the lives of children, women, and youth.
Our interventions span education, child protection, health & WASH, women’s empowerment, youth development, livelihood promotion, and environmental sustainability. We work with communities and partners to create inclusive, resilient, and sustainable development outcomes.

About the Role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will engage directly with the public and inspire individuals to support our mission by becoming long-term monthly donors. This role is crucial in building sustainable funding and expanding our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals in public spaces and motivate them to become regular members through recurring donations.
- Represent APSS Foundation’s mission, programs, and impact effectively.
- Raise awareness on child protection, education, and community development initiatives.
- Recruit quality donors through structured F2F fundraising approaches.
- Ensure donor data is handled with confidentiality and integrity.
- Achieve weekly and monthly fundraising targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
- Hold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct.
Work Location & Nature
- Field-based role across Delhi NCR.
- Work locations include malls, markets, corporate parks, community and residential area.
- Competitive base salary along with performance-based incentives upon achieving targets.
Education
Minimum: High School / Diploma/Graduate
Experience
- 0–6 years (Freshers are welcome – training will be provided).
- Preferred backgrounds: Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, Promotions, Fundraising.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Any local language proficiency is an advantage.

Contract Details
- Initial 3 months on monthly contract basis.
- Post probation: Annual contract.
