Job Description – Manager (Fundraising & Strategic Growth)
Organization: Ramalaya / Mode Retails Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida (with travel as required)
Reporting To: CMD – Prashant Kumar
Role Type: Full-time (Strategic + Execution)
Role Objective:
To lead, structure, and execute the end-to-end fundraising program for Ramalaya, positioning it as a global cultural luxury platform, while ensuring investor readiness across data, narrative, and financial structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute fundraising roadmap
- Identify and prioritize investors
- Lead outreach and engagement
- Manage lifecycle from teaser to closure
2. Investor Readiness & Data Room
- Build investor data room
- Structure financials, unit economics, store performance
- Ensure accuracy and presentation quality
3. Financial Modelling & Valuation
- Develop financial models (3–5 years)
- Build valuation frameworks
- Coordinate with finance team
4. Investor Narrative & Positioning
- Craft positioning as Cultural Luxury Platform
- Prepare pitch deck, teaser, FAQs
5. Investor Relations
- Build relationships with VCs, PE, impact investors
- Manage meetings and diligence
6. Network & Warm Introductions
- Activate warm intro channels
- Build investor pipeline
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align finance, retail, and marketing teams
Candidate Profile:
Education:
MBA (Finance/Strategy), CA/CFA preferred
Experience:
5–10 years in investment banking, VC, PE, fundraising, or consulting
Skills:
