Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in Delhi, India. The Fundraiser will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing effective fundraising campaigns to secure financial support for the firm's initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying potential investors and donors, building long-term relationships, preparing persuasive fundraising materials, organizing events, and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations. The Fundraiser will also work closely with the leadership team to achieve financial goals and promote the firm’s mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor management, and relationship building
- Strong skills in campaign planning, project management, and event coordination
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive marketing materials and effective communication
- Analytical abilities to identify donor trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the corporate legal environment or fundraising in the professional services sector is a plus
