Role Description
The Funding Specialist at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE will play a critical role in managing funding and investment-related tasks. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing funding opportunities, preparing financial models, conducting due diligence, and supporting investment negotiations. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for funding analyses, financial modeling, and data interpretation
- Expertise in Funding and Finance to secure, evaluate, and manage financial resources effectively
- Proficient Communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of Investments, including strategies, portfolio management, and market analysis
- Familiarity with corporate transactional processes and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional, high-intensity environment
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications being an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role within corporate law or finance is a plus
