Our initiatives are designed to create sustainable, grassroots impact, and we are now looking to strengthen our outreach through structured fundraising and corporate engagement.
The Role: Driving Impact Through ResourcesAs a Fundraising & CSR Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in mobilizing resources to scale our projects and reach more beneficiaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and applying for CSR funding opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporates and institutions
- Engaging with individuals for personal and network-based fundraising
- Creating compelling presentations (PPTs) and proposals for funding
- Regular follow-ups and on-ground meetings across Kolkata
- Supporting the organization in expanding its donor and partner network
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in CSR fundraising and proposal development
- Confident in interacting with corporates and individuals
- Skilled in creating presentations and communication material
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with field movement across Kolkata
- Passionate about social impact and community development
Compensation Structure- Basic fixed remuneration (salary)
- Performance-based incentive linked to funds raised
- Additional earnings on a percentage basis of successful fundraising
