Job Title: Fund Manager

Role Purpose
The Fund Manager will be responsible for managing discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio mandates, driving investment performance through robust portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies. The role requires strong market expertise, client engagement capabilities, and the ability to develop innovative investment solutions for HNI/UHNI clients while ensuring disciplined risk management and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the firm's captive discretionery and non-discretionary fund mandates with accountability for portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment performance.
- Develop and execute investment strategies across equities, fixed income and other asset classes based on macroeconomic trends, market opportunities, and fundamental research.
- Drive portfolio performance while maintaining a disciplined risk management framework.
- Partner with the Private Wealth teams to support client acquisition, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions.
- Meet HNI/UHNI clients and prospects to present investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and market outlook.
- Work closely with Research, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure robust investment governance.
- Publish regular market insights, portfolio commentary, and investment recommendations for internal and client communication.
- Contribute to the development of new investment strategies and multi-asset solutions aligned with evolving client needs.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing multi-asset portfolios, including significant exposure to equity investing.
- Strong track record of delivering investment performance across market cycles.
- Experience interacting with HNI/UHNI clients and supporting business development initiatives.
- Ability to simplify complex investment concepts and confidently present investment strategies to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, macroeconomics, and capital markets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage HNI/UHNI clients and senior stakeholders.
