🚀 We’re Hiring | Fund Administration Professional | Mumbai
Looking for an exciting opportunity in the Investment Management / Fund Operations space? Here’s your chance to be part of a dynamic team supporting global fund administration functions.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 4 – 5 Years
🕒 Shift Timing: 10/11 AM IST – 7/8 PM IST
📅 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices related to fund and firm payments
- Performing daily NAV analysis and variance checks
- Conducting due diligence on fund accountants & service providers
- Reviewing expenses, liquidity reports, and custody billing
- Handling swing pricing & hedge share class reviews
- Supporting fund & share class launches
- Preparing board reports and regulatory reports
- Collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting
- Understanding of NAV calculation, corporate actions, expense review
- Basic knowledge of equity & debt securities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
➕ Good to Have:
- Experience in invoice processing
- Exposure to global fund operations
