Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end fund accounting operations related to real estate investments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, NAV calculations, and other key reports for investment entities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies on strategic financial projects.
- Support the implementation of process improvements for efficiency in financial reporting.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to optimize fund performance.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification: CA/ACCA/ACA/ACMA certified with 3+ years of experience in fund accounting.
- Proven expertise in real estate fund accounting or within the broader financial services practice.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance protocols.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex investment scenarios.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
