Ltd Website: promaynov.com Job details: Fund Accounting/Funds AdministrationExp- 3-6 YearsLocation- GurgaonFull-TimeYou Will Undertake a Comprehensive Array Of DutiesManaging the team to ensure timely delivery of the funds admin function, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met, and providing support to the Fund operations team and various stakeholders across the business.Managing the funds admin activities to ensure Fund operation teams are able to support the stake holders across business. Responsible for review of drawdown workings and notices, to ensure they are consistent across and sent out in a timely manner.Validate the alignment of carry workings with partnership agreements, while coordinating essential internal approvals and arranging carry certificates.Provide key inputs for setting up of new funds in a timely manner.Sign off compliance per the side letter requirements and update side letter reporting matrix.Review of all LP reporting before handing over to Fund ops for a quality review.Diligently review responses to Limited Partner queries, ensuring punctual and accurate replies.Lead the timely resolution of Limited Partner transfer requests.Meticulously assess SPV valuations for specific assets.Review compliance certificates for banks, ensuring their timely submission to relevant stakeholders.Scrutinize track records and ensure their punctual submission to various stakeholders.Ensure preparation and review AIM/SAU decks is done on a timely basis fostering effective communication of critical information.Review of closing and reconciliation activities like accruals, receivable, prepayment, revenue and reimbursement for month end, quarter end and annual closing.Review debtors & creditors management / SPV balances (loan/interest) reconciliation.Review of depositary pack, US tax reporting-templates and Partnership tax return.Review of various types of MIS, Quarterly reports, and Annual Financial Statements (GAAP/IFRS).Assist in audits and internal queries.Perform, take responsibility and finalised annual audit.Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the teams and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams.Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy.Cultivate seamless communication within teams, ensuring timely task closure and efficient collaboration.Leadership SkillsSkilfully distribute tasks within the team, playing an active role in supporting team members' successful task completion.People and performance management.Ensure seamless communication within teams and ensure timely closureEnsure the processes are managed in most efficient and effective manner and automation being the key here.Your meticulous attention to detail, deep understanding of financial intricacies, and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining team's exceptional performance standards and facilitating consistent communication across various stakeholders.KnowledgeManager level knowledge gained within a private equity firm, investment bank, or worked with a Big 4 Chartered Accountant Firms in the Statutory Audit Domain working on financial services clientsA good understanding of how private equity works its philosophy, disciplines, and value orientationMBA / Qualified Chartered Accountant, or degrees equivalentShould possess team handling skillsExceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectivelyA passion for sustainability and working in a values-driven organisation.Skills/CompetenciesEvidence that there is a strong fit with client firm values: accountability, collaboration, transparency, inclusion, and sustainability.Proactive, self-starter; ability to conduct detailed sector analysis with limited supervisionHighly organised and focused to deliver the deliverablesAbility to handle a team of Chartered Accounts or team members with equivalent skillsHigh attention to detail and should possess excellent communication skillsExcellent administrative, organisation and time management skills.Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and flexibly.Ability to interact personably, yet professionally with employees at all levels with equal ease.Ability to prioritise own workload and meet stringent deadlines.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
