Hiring: Fund Accounting / NAV Professionals
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Fund Accounting / NAV roles.
Open Positions:
- Mid-Level: 1–3 years of experience
- Senior-Level: 3–5 years of experience
- Qualification: Qualified CA / Semi-qualified CA
Job Responsibilities:
- NAV Calculation & Verification: Ensure accurate and timely computation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
- Fund Accounting: Oversee fund accounting operations, including corporate actions, capital activity accounting, and reconciliation processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and other applicable financial laws governing AIF/PMS operations.
- Audit Coordination: Work closely with auditors for concurrent, internal, and statutory audits related to NAV verification.
- Expense Management: Calculate and verify management fees, brokerage, custody charges, and other fund-related expenses.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers, and counterparties for NAV-related queries and reporting.
- Process Automation: Implement automation tools for reconciliation and NAV processing to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting & MIS: Prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting and NAV computation.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities..
