Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented US Accounting Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of US-based clients. You will be responsible for maintaining clean books, managing modern fintech stacks (Ramp, Bill.com), and ensuring timely month-end closures.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting operations for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Sage.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Streamline invoice processing and payments via Bill.com and manage corporate card expenses/reimbursements through Ramp.
- Inventory & Intercompany: Perform inventory reconciliations and manage complex intercompany transactions and eliminations across various entities.
- Month-End Closing: Execute the full "Books Closing" process, including accruals, prepayments, and adjusting journal entries.
- Reconciliations & Reporting: Conduct detailed bank, credit card, and merchant reconciliations. Prepare preliminary financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for CPA review.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional, high-level verbal and written communication with US-based clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 Years in US Accounting (Experience in a CPA firm is a plus).
- Education: B.Com/M.Com; Semi-Qualified CA or CA Dropout highly referred
- Software: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, Ramp, and Sage.
- Technical: Strong understanding of US GAAP, Inventory Accounting, and Intercompany.
- Soft Skills: Excellent English communication (Client-facing experience is mandatory).
- Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 LPA
