Key Responsibilities-
- Performing end-to-end NAV calculation for Private Equity funds on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly).
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, capital account statements, and investor reports.
- Processing and recording fund transactions including capital calls, distributions, investments, and redemptions.
- Reconciling cash, positions, and NAV with administrators, custodians, and prime brokers.
- Handling accruals, expense calculations, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
- Supporting investor queries related to capital account statements and fund performance.
- Assisting in process improvements and automation initiatives within the fund accounting function.
- Complying with IT policies and procedures.
- Maintaining security of information at all times.
