Job details:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM applications ,EDMCS,ARCS,FCCS,ePBCS
- Minimum 2 years of EPM application testing
- Good experience in Oracle Fusion testing
- Knowledge of A2R (Account-to-Report) business processes
- Test case creation, execution and defect management
- Experience with ALM / Application Lifecycle Management tools, preferably Azure DevOps, ALM
- Good understanding of testing processes, methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Automation-first mindset and exposure to test automation
- Ability to lead/manage a small team of 2–4 testers
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
