Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will act as an interpreter between the worlds of IT and business, working closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure accurate solution delivery. You will utilize agile principles and methodologies to drive business outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Gather Client Requirements: Work with clients to gather requirements using various techniques, including agile principles and methodologies, to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Interface with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are being translated into the solution accurately, tracking progress through development.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing: Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets client needs and expectations.
- Develop Training Materials: Create training materials and technical documentation to educate the client and user community on the solution.
- Communicate Solution Value: Communicate the value of the solution to the client and user community, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience in HRIS or HR operations, SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one module is a plus.
Articulates business ideas, suggestions and problems in Technology terms and develops business cases to convert them into deliverable solutions
Focuses on opportunities for innovation / process improvement /Investigates best practices for the processes in-scope
Supports the initiative prioritization process
Helps identify functional interdependencies
Develops business cases for new functionality
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Business Planning Knowledge: Experience with business plans and their application in impact analysis, enabling informed decision-making and effective solution delivery.
- Impact Analysis Skills: Ability to conduct impact analysis, assessing the potential effects of solutions on business operations and outcomes.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic financial concepts, including their application in business planning and impact analysis, to drive business outcomes.
