This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 CRM at our Kolkata headquarters. The Functional Consultant will oversee implementing, optimizing, and managing MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating functional designs, collaborating with technical teams, and providing consultancy to enhance CRM capabilities. The role also involves conducting training sessions, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business needs and derive actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of Business Processes and their alignment with CRM functionalities
- Consulting expertise to assess, recommend, and implement CRM solutions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance to support CRM integration with financial modules
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in MS Dynamics 365 CRM are an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience of managing MS D365 CRM
