💼 What You’ll Do
* Implement Odoo Finance, Accounting, and related modules for clients.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops with finance stakeholders.
* Prepare functional gap analysis and solution documentation.
* Configure and customize Odoo accounting workflows like AR, AP, Journals, Asset Management, Bank Recon, Taxes, etc.
* Coordinate with technical teams to develop custom features when needed.
* Deliver product demos, user training, and post-go-live support.
* Ensure smooth migration of financial data during onboarding.
📘 What You Should Know
* Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting — GL, AR, AP, taxation, P&L, balance sheet, bank reconciliation.
* Hands-on experience working with Odoo Accounting (v15+) — Enterprise preferred.
* Knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
* Good documentation skills (BRD, SRS, workflow diagrams).
* Ability to test financial processes and validate accounting reports.
* Bonus: Experience in Odoo budgeting, multi-currency, or consolidation.
🎯 Who You Are
* 2–4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Finance ERP Consultant.
* Background in B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and client-handling capabilities.
* Passionate about improving financial operations through technology.
