Role Description
We are seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Business Central for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, optimizing business processes, and providing consultation to ensure successful implementation. The consultant will engage with stakeholders, analyze workflows, and provide training and support to ensure seamless user adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and devising effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and conveying complex ideas clearly
- In-depth understanding of business processes, including the ability to assess and optimize them
- Proficiency in consulting with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions
- Knowledge or experience in finance to support financial processes and workflows
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable
