In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation of cloud-based enterprise solutions, working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities
- Conduct blueprint / discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and document process flows
- Support and manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Coordinate UAT execution, defect tracking, and resolution support
- Drive change management, user adoption, and end-user training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones as per implementation timelines
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- CA / ERP Functional Consultant
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in ERP / enterprise solution implementation
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Finance (AR / AP / GL)
- Procurement
- Investment Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Real Estate / BFSI domain exposure preferred
- Experience in full lifecycle implementation of cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements
