POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead – PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Transformation to lead a strategic payroll transformation initiative supporting the EMEA and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits, payroll process optimization, vendor integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, payroll vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant payroll solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead payroll transformation initiatives across APAC and EMEA.
- Analyze current payroll and benefits processes and design optimized future-state solutions.
- Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Manage integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party payroll vendors such as ADP, Alight, and regional providers.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business requirements, test plans, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams on Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and Component Interface solutions.
- Perform advanced SQL analysis for payroll validation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation.
- Investigate payroll integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure payroll compliance with regional regulations across EMEA and APAC.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, payroll vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
