Role Description
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Engage with MSME clients to understand business workflows
• Document detailed functional requirements with precision
• Identify gaps and recommend ERPNext-based solutions
• ERPNext Implementation
• Configure and implement ERPNext modules across domains
• Align system workflows with client business processes
• Ensure best practices in ERP deployment
• Domain Expertise Application
• Work extensively on:
• Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Multi-level BOM & Manufacturing processes
• Project Management modules
• Optimize operational workflows using ERPNext capabilities
• Process Optimization
• Analyze current processes and suggest improvements
• Drive standardization and automation wherever possible
• Client Interaction & Training
• Conduct user training sessions
• Provide post-implementation support and guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ERPNext experience
• Strong understanding of MSME business operations
• Practical experience in:
• Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing (Multi-level BOM)
• Project Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail in requirement gathering
• Ability to map business processes to ERP workflows
• Good communication and client-facing skills
